1. I know what I want, so how do I go about ordering?
Once you have an idea of what you want please call or email to discuss your order. To place the order we will need to take address and payment details.
2. Can I "buy online"?
We find that the easiest way of producing bespoke printed items quickly and efficiently is to take orders down over the phone. We can quickly discuss the best options for your order and provide quotes based on exactly what you need.
3. How do I pay for the order?
We ask for payment upfront by Card, Bacs or Cheque. For some goverment based organisations we can offer 30 days credit as long as an official order has been sent.
4. Can I set up a Credit Account?
We pass on the cost savings of not running a full credit control department. We are not able to provide credit to non State funded organisations.
5. How do I send artwork?
We can accept artwork in a number of different formats. We like to work in Corel Draw and Illustrator. We can also take PDF files (as long as all text is converted to outlines/curves) and any BITMAP file (eg: tiff, jpeg).
6. Are the prices shown on this site accurate ?
Yes. All the prices on the website are correct but do exclude Delivery and VAT. We honour the price you are quoted for up to 30 days. The price you see it the price you pay. For multiple orders that don't appear on the website please call or email for a price.
7. Will you send me a proof?
Every order has to have the invoice and design approved prior to printing your item. Once we have taken address, payment and design details we can then email back the design and invoice for approval.
8. How long does it take before my order is delivered?
We like to fit in with our customers needs. If you have a deadline please let us know and we can tell you if this is possible.
